6. Please think twice before submitting an order form. When you've submitted the order form, it means you've confirmed in purchasing. If you're not sure, just leave an inquiry. You are still allowed to order via email but never use the order form as an inquiry form and my email is stated everywhere.
7. Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
8. Color of items may differ due to lighting or resolution settings of your desktop.
9. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages during shipping. A tracking number will be given.
10. Reservations are not allowed. Payment must be made within a day or else the item will be sold to the next customer in line.
11. We reserve the rights to alter any terms without any notifications.
12. Goods sold are brand new unless stated in the post title.
13. FULL payment must be made before any COD meet up appointment.

additional rates of:
a) RM6 (first 500g) for West Malaysia
b) RM9 (first 500g) to Sarawak, East Malaysia
c) RM9 (first 500g) to Sabah, East Malaysia
additional charges may vary due to weight of items, confirmation will be provided in the email.
2. Registered post
flat rates of:
a) RM4 for West Malaysia
b) RM7 to Sarawak, East Malaysia
